Joanne Lum

Joanne Lum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as a Regional People Operations Business Partner at Grab since May 2017, Joanne supports various regional business verticals and governance functions in fostering high-performing organizations. Previously, in the same company, Joanne led a team focused on enhancing the employee experience in Singapore. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Accenture, where Joanne facilitated HR transformations, and a position at Presence of IT, specializing in SuccessFactors implementations. Joanne also held the role of HR Manager for Group Rewards at SingTel and served as Assistant Head of HR at the Singapore Economic Development Board, focusing on compensation, talent development, and HR operations. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business degree in HR Consulting from Nanyang Technological University, completed in 2007.
