Rian Pratama

Rian Pratama is a professional with experience in the technology and food delivery industries. Rian began a career as a Payment Analyst at Shopee from April 2017 to June 2018 before transitioning to Grab, where Rian held multiple roles, including Account Manager City Lead for GrabMart and Key Account Manager for GrabFood. In these positions, Rian focused on managing client relationships, overseeing account management teams, and ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction were met. Rian also contributed to various operational tasks within GrabFood. Rian holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed between 2012 and 2016.
