Anabela Sampaio

Anabela Sampaio started their work experience in 2013 as a Counseling Office Administrator at the Counseling Center. Anabela then transitioned to a role at bet365 in 2018, working as a European Customer Account Advisor before becoming a European Customer Account Team Leader in 2019. In 2020, Anabela joined Grabango as a Customer Support Lead and later became a Customer Experience Manager in 2021. Anabela is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Grabango.

Anabela Sampaio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Iberian Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, between 2015 and 2017. In 2016, they also attended the Universitat de Barcelona, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
