Em Shotton

Em Shotton is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in technology and software engineering. Currently at Grabango since January 2020, Em has been instrumental in addressing critical technical challenges within the organization. As the founder and CEO of Algoloop from January 2019 to January 2020, Em demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to this, Em spent nearly a decade at the BBC, fulfilling roles from trainee technologist to project technologist, focusing on AI applications in live event production and the development of innovative video production tools. Em holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester, completed in 2009.
