Julie Richards-Carpenter

Julie Richards-Carpenter has been working in the corporate world for over 25 years. Julie started their career as a program director at STAND! For Families Free of Violence, a non-profit organization that provides support to victims of domestic violence. After three years, they transitioned to the for-profit sector and spent five years as a senior executive assistant at Integrity Partners, a venture capital firm.

In 2005, they became the chief of staff at Bevy Management, a position they held for thirteen years. During their time at Bevy Management, they helped the company grow from a small startup to a successful business. In 2018, they left Bevy Management to join Diablo Real Estate Group as a senior project manager.

Julie Richards-Carpenter is currently the chief of staff at Grabango, a technology company that is revolutionizing the retail industry.

Julie Richards-Carpenter has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westmont College and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Fuller Theological Seminary.

They are on a team with Ryan Smith - CTO, Bong Suh - CFO, and Saralynn Malott - SVP, People. Their manager is Will Glaser, Founder & CEO.
