Saralynn M. has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Saralynn currently serves as the CHRO and Circle Member at The Circle by Founders Circle Capital. In 2022, they also joined Chief as a Member. Previously, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Grabango and was responsible for overseeing People Operations as the Senior Vice President. Before that, they served as the Head of People at TaskRabbit and Le Tote. Saralynn M. has also worked as an HR Director at the Child Abuse Prevention Council and as an HR, Talent Acquisition Manager at Jozu LLC. Saralynn started their career as an HR Business Partner at BPO Management Services. In addition to their HR experience, Saralynn M. has had the opportunity to work as an NFL cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers.

Saralynn M. holds a Master's Degree in Master of Science - Law (Labor & Employment Law) from Champlain College. Saralynn also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from San Jose State University. In addition, Saralynn has completed various certifications including Executive Coaching, Communicating Employee Rewards, Influencing Others, Learning Impact: The Importance of Storytelling, Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin, and Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience. Saralynn has also completed a certification in Emotional Intelligence from GoCoach.
