Scott Knudsen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent role is as the Director of Client Success at Grabango, where they oversee the implementation and success of the checkout-free technology platform. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Deep North, where they successfully increased rollout and deployments for major clients such as Ralph Lauren and IKEA. Scott also held the position of Director of Customer Success at Maxerience Inc., working closely with Coca-Cola bottlers and managing implementation and training for the iRED platform. Scott also has experience as the Director of Customer Success at NetBase Quid and Trax Retail, where they achieved high customer retention rates and managed strategic enterprise accounts. Scott began their career as the Director of Brand Strategy & Project Management at Murray Brand Communications, Inc., and later served as an Account Director at Anthem Worldwide, where they successfully grew account billings and expanded client relationships.
Scott Knudsen holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, awarded in 2014. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis. In addition, they have certifications in "Creating Memorable Visual Presentations" from Visme and "Excel Lookups, Functions, and Macros" from AcademyX Computer Training, obtained in 2022 and 2015 respectively.
