Alejandra Gabaldon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alejandra is currently the Head of Customer Experience at GrabrFi, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Grabr from 2018 to 2021, where they held various roles including Head of Customer Experience and Fraud Analyst. In these roles, Alejandra was responsible for bridging the gap between user feedback and the Product & Development team, suggesting overall improvements for the platform. Before their time at Grabr, they worked at American Express as a Representative of Special Servicing, handling cases, card replacements, rewards program inquiries, and providing information about insurance, financing, and payment methods. Alejandra also worked at Ingram Micro as a Customer Service Representative, coordinating the logistics of Apple spare parts for the Apple Authorized Service Providers in Latin America. Additionally, Alejandra has experience at Hewlett-Packard as a Customer Retention Representative and at TeleTech as a Customer Service Representative. In both these roles, they received recognition for achieving metrics and played a role in training and coaching new employees.

Alejandra Gabaldon completed their education at Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía (IAG) from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Profesional Gastronómico (Gastronomy). Prior to that, they studied at Unidad Educativa Colegio Antonio Rosmini from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bachiller en Ciencias (Science).

In addition to their formal education, Alejandra Gabaldon has obtained various certifications. In August 2020, they completed a course on Fundamentos de Customer Experience from RealCX Academy. Alejandra also completed training for Zendesk Administrators from Udemy in the same month. In February 2019, they obtained a certification in Portuguese LVL 1 from Centro Universitario de Idiomas (CUI). Furthermore, in May 2018, Alejandra Gabaldon completed a course on Community Management from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
