Katja Ohly-Nauber currently participates in the start-up accelerator program at Grace - Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship, initiated in December 2023. Since November 2015, Katja Ohly-Nauber has served as the Head of Marketing Communication at Mercedes-Benz Deutschland. In addition, Katja Ohly-Nauber founded and manages LAUFMAMALAUF - Outdoor-Fitness für Mütter starting in October 2010. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Service Product Management for Commercial Vehicles from December 2011 to July 2015 and Project Manager for the Mercedes-Benz Partner-Shop from May 2009 to November 2011 at Mercedes-Benz AG. Prior to these positions, Katja Ohly-Nauber worked in various customer service and marketing roles at Mercedes-Benz Deutschland from March 2002 to April 2009. Katja Ohly-Nauber holds a Diplom-Kommunikationswirtin degree in Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation from Universität der Künste Berlin.
