Marla Daniels

Marla Daniels has been a nurse for over 20 years. Marla began their career at Highland Medical Center, where they worked their way up to the position of Director of Nursing. After 10 years at Highland, they left to take the same position at Lubbock Heart Hospital. After 5 years at Lubbock Heart, they were recruited by Covenant Health to be their new Director of Nursing. Marla is currently the Director of Nursing at Grace Health System.

Marla Daniels obtained their Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Leadership and Nursing Education from Lubbock Christian University.

They are on a team with Katherine Byrne - Physician Recruiter, Lisa Martin - Director, Practice Operations, and Randy Nichols - Director, Operations (COO). Marla Daniels reports to Vanessa Reasoner, Chief Operating Officer.
