Tae Pae

Mission & Mobilization Pastor at Grace Community Church Fulton

Tae has been serving at Grace since 2015 and loves this local church for its heart for the nations and the lost whether locally or in the nations. He especially loves its engagement in the Muslim nations. Tae mainly serves in the Beyond department, and you may have seen him on short-term mission trips, preaching/praying, or at any of the local outreach events.

Tae began in ministry about 30 years ago as a youth pastor. After 5 years of serving in youth ministry, he was asked to serve as the children’s pastor, which he loved for over 3 years. Soon after, he took on a full-time job as the lead pastor of a small church.

While he was serving as a children’s pastor, he attended Urbana 1993 and gave his life to be a missionary. Since then, he has been involved in missions work and prepared to go overseas. However, God had a plan for him to be a missions pastor and gave him wonderful opportunities during the last 15 years to experience His work around the globe.

Tae also lived in Thailand for two years to develop a strategy to reach the Thai Buddhists and to build a team to engage with the target people group. After Thailand, the Lord placed a vision in his heart to reach the Muslim nations, which brought him to Grace.
