Heather Boucher has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality, risk management, compliance, and infection prevention. Heather has held various leadership roles at Grace Cottage Hospital, including Senior Director of Quality, Risk, Compliance, and Infection Prevention. Prior to this, Heather owned Healthy Homes of New England, where Heather specialized in home modifications, renovations, and construction. Heather also worked as a Medical Technologist at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Heather obtained their degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Dalhousie University and Nova Scotia Institute of Technology.
