Karin Huber

Karin Huber, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent and Culture at Grace Healthcare Services, where responsibilities include shaping and leading recruitment and retention strategies to enhance company culture and support compassionate, high-quality care. Prior to this role, Karin held the position of Regional Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Prime Healthcare, overseeing a large team supporting 15 hospitals across various states. Previous experience includes serving as a Leadership Talent Partner at DaVita Kidney Care and as Lead Talent Strategist and Nursing Professional Development Specialist/Educator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Karin Huber holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, both from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
