Carrie Hill

Carrie Hill has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Carrie is currently working as an Implementation Manager at Grace Hill since February 2022. Before that, they were an Account Manager at the same company from May 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to their role at Grace Hill, Carrie worked at Brookfield Properties starting in 2018. Carrie held the position of Learning Coordinator in Training and Development from January 2020 to May 2021, where they oversaw the Learning Management System and coordinated learning activities across the organization. Before that, they were a Customer Experience Coordinator in Training and Development from December 2018 to January 2020.

From 2005 to 2018, Carrie worked at Forest City Realty Trust. During this time, they held various roles such as Customer Experience Coordinator in Marketing, where they managed the Sales Process Quality Program and coached associates on sales processes. Carrie also served as a Training and Development Coordinator in BTAD, where they developed training curricula and work flow processes. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Analyst, managing a $3 billion residential loan portfolio.

Carrie's earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University from February 2004 to July 2005 and as a Social Worker at Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services from June 2001 to December 2002. Carrie also worked as a Case Manager at PROFESSIONAL PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES INC. – Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center from March 1999 to June 2000.

Carrie Hill's education history begins in 1994, where they attended The University of Toledo and pursued a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Psychology. Carrie completed their undergraduate studies in 1998.

After that, Carrie attended Tiffin University in 2004 and graduated in 2005 with a Master of Criminal Justice degree, specializing in Forensic Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Carrie also obtained a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in October 2020.
