Rosann Knight

Rosann Knight has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. ROSANN started their career as an Outreach Coordinator at Eureka Nursing Center in 2009, where they improved occupancy within their first year. In 2013, they became the Executive Director at Vintage Park at Eureka, overseeing overall management, operations, and sales. Rosann then joined Grace Management, Inc. in 2016 as the Regional Director of Sales, where they successfully developed and implemented strategic plans to increase occupancy. In 2018, they took on the role of Regional Director of Operations and Sales at Grace Management, responsible for multiple communities and turning the region from lowest occupancy to the top leading region within six months.

Rosann Knight completed their education in a chronological order. ROSANN started their education in 2015 at Butler County Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2018. ROSANN then continued their studies at Rasmussen University from 2018 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Assisted Living Operator from Butler County Community College in Eldorado, KS. In 2014, they obtained the Kansas Assisted Living Operator certification from KDADS- Kansas Dept. On Aging and Disabilities.
