Rickardo Ebanks

Rickardo Ebanks is currently the Chief Digital Officer at GraceKennedy Financial Group, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of VP Payments at First Global Bank Limited from April 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they had various roles at Victoria Mutual Group, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Centralized Services, and Vice President of Technology, spanning from November 2008 to March 2020. Rickardo also served as a Director at JETS Ltd (Multilink) from August 2017 to March 2020.

Rickardo Ebanks received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing in 2004. Rickardo also obtained certifications in Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
