Marguerite Orane

Marguerite Orane is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational strategy, and education. Currently serving as the CEO of Free and Laughing Inc. since February 2016, Marguerite promotes the philosophy that mindful leadership, collaborative teamwork, and joyful work cultures lead to exceptional results. Marguerite also holds a board position at GraceKennedy Ltd. and was the CEO and Founder of Marguerite Orane & Associates from 2010 to 2016. Previous roles include adjunct professor at Ryerson University, founding partner at Growth Facilitators, and lecturer at the Mona School of Business, among others. Marguerite's academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from The University of the West Indies.
