Daniel Camorani

Daniel Camorani is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in automation and manufacturing. Currently serving as an Automation Mechanical Design Engineer at Graco since March 2022, previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer I, II, and Senior at Protolabs, where key achievements involved leading an $800K automated machining cell project and implementing a $10M tooling and process overhaul for CNC milling machines. Daniel also has expertise as an Injection Molding Analyst, with knowledge in standard and high-temperature plastics, liquid silicone rubber, and various molding techniques. Additional experience includes positions at Iowa State University, Jacobs Corporation, and the City of Ames, with a focus on CNC programming, design, technical specifications, and project management. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
