Tim Burt has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tim began their career at US Bank as a Programmer/Analyst in 1984 before moving on to IBM Global Services in 1989 as a Consulting Systems Engineer. In 1994, they joined American Express Financial Advisors as a Consultant, where they remained until 1997. Tim then joined Graco in 1998 as an ERP Manager, and later became the Vice President of Information Technology.

Tim Burt obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1984. Tim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University, which they completed in 1989. In addition, they hold a certification in Learning Jira Software from LinkedIn, obtained in the year 2020.
