Nicole Roy

Nicole Roy currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for North America at Gradiant, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner and US Benefits Manager at Data Intensity from January 2020 to April 2022, and HR responsibilities at Maimonides School from February 2017 to January 2020. Nicole has also worked as an HR and Benefits Consultant at CBG Benefits, Inc., a People Operations Manager at Nanigans, and operated as a Freelance Designer focusing on Events & Fundraising. Earlier career experiences include serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Incipient and Event Marketing at RentGrow. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from both the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University.
