Annais Klock

Annais Klock is the Chief Operating Officer at Gradient Mortgage Capital, a nationwide lender focused on financing small balance commercial and investment residential properties, since February 2025. Previously, Annais served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning, as well as Director of Closing at Stronghill Capital from October 2022 to January 2025. Annais holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, obtained in May 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola University New Orleans, completed in May 2006.
