Shahram Bohluli

Shahram Bohluli is the Executive Vice President/Co-Founder of Gradient Systematics, LLC. Prior to this, Shahram held the title of Vice President at I. S. Engineers LLC and C&M Associates. With a background in Civil Engineering, Shahram's career includes roles such as Senior Transportation Engineer at CDM Smith and Senior Transportation Planner at North Central Texas Council of Governments. Shahram holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, a MS from Sharif University of Technology, and a BS from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
