Ilkania Chowdhury-Paulino is an accomplished epidemiologist currently serving at Gradient since October 2023, following a tenure at Epidemiologic Research and Methods, LLC from April 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Teaching Fellow from August 2018 to May 2023, as well as a Research Analyst and Local Health Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health from May 2017 to August 2018. Ilkania also has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Boston University School of Public Health and has contributed to various research projects, including an investigation into ART adherence in Ghana. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Epidemiology from Harvard University, an MPH from Boston University, and a BA from Brown University in Health and Human Biology.
