McKenna Maier

McKenna Maier is the Area Director of People and Culture at Graduate Hotels, currently since December 2022. Prior to this, McKenna worked as an HR Generalist and HR Recruiter at INDEVCO North America, Inc. from June 2021 to December 2022. Before that, McKenna gained experience as a Server at Baker's Crust from May 2015 to June 2021. Additionally, McKenna also briefly interned as a Marketing and Communications- ECommerce & Research Intern at INDEVCO North America, Inc. in January and February 2021. McKenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism from Randolph-Macon College, earned from 2017 to 2021.
