Serena Lai

Serena Lai is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in consulting, philanthropy, and education. Currently serving as a Consultant at ReD Associates since February 2023, Serena contributes to human science-based strategies for global clients. Serena has held significant roles as a GMAT and LSAT Fairness Consultant since May 2019 and March 2017, respectively, focusing on ensuring bias-free testing standards. Previous experience includes leadership as Director at CCS Fundraising, consultancy at The Aspen Institute, and project management for the Community Programs Accelerator at the University of Chicago, where Serena focused on capacity-building for nonprofits. With a strong academic foundation, including ABD in Philosophy from the University of Chicago and degrees in Philosophy and Music from The University of Georgia, Serena also has experience as a lecturer at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
