Ethen Cleeton

Ethen Cleeton has a strong background in operations, with experience in various industries. Ethen began their career in 2006 at Direct Action Company, where they worked in warehousing production and sales until 2009. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Supervisor/Manager at Clover Hill Farms, overseeing animal management, hay deliveries, and product shipments. In 2012, Ethen joined Erick Flowback Services, LLC as a Rig Up Supervisor, managing employees and completing JSA forms. Later that year, they moved to ProwFlow Llc as a Lead Hand, responsible for rig up and completion tasks on the jobsite. In 2014, Ethen joined Grady Rentals LLC as an Operations Supervisor, and in 2018, they joined Rance Industries as part of the Operations team.

Ethen Cleeton attended Buckeye Career Center from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a certification as an Agricultural Mechanic. Prior to that, they attended Harrison Central High School from 2004 to 2008, where they studied General Studies with a focus on Agricultural Mechanics and Equipment/Machine Technology.
