Murielle Arn has a diverse work experience in risk management and compliance. Murielle began their career at Millennium Hotel Downtown Cincinnati as an Assistant Front Office Manager/Manager on Duty from 1999 to 2001.

In 2007, they joined Graebel Companies, Inc. as a Risk Analyst/Claims Resolution Specialist, where they managed various aspects of risk management including property/casualty claims, workers' compensation, and risk assessments. Murielle also worked closely with insurance carriers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to minimize company exposure and ensure compliance with internal policies.

From 2010 to 2015, Murielle served as a Senior Risk Analyst & Claims Resolution Specialist at Graebel, supporting the Chief Corporate Risk & Compliance Officer. In this role, they coordinated insurance placements, audited premium payments, and maintained policies and endorsements inventory. Murielle also provided support in legal proceedings, reviewed contracts, and delivered training to associates on internal policies and procedures.

In 2012, Murielle took on the role of International Regulatory Compliance Manager at Graebel, leveraging their expertise in managing global commercial insurance/risk financing programs. Murielle ensured effective compliance with corporate policies and trade sanctions by utilizing internal and external resources.

Most recently, Murielle held the position of Risk & Compliance Manager at Graebel from an unspecified date. In this role, they continued to oversee the company's risk management and compliance efforts, focusing on maintaining effective communication and relationship management skills. Murielle also demonstrated their ability to identify issues, acquire data, and draw conclusions to support resolution.
