Dagmar Tencer, CRP, SGMS, CSPO, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dagmar is currently an IT Business Partner at Graebel Companies, Inc. starting in August 2021. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of Global Mobility Software & Operations, and from 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Sr. Director of Global Process Excellence & Innovation at Ineo, LLC.

Dagmar obtained their M.Sc. degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued their M.A. degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama, attending from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dagmar has also acquired several certifications. Dagmar became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance in March 2019. Furthermore, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the University of North Florida, obtained in June 2015. Dagmar is also a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certified by Worldwide ERC, though the specific month of certification remains unknown.
