Brenda Muir

Brenda Muir is an experienced technical writer and content manager with a diverse background in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Grafana Labs since March 2022, Brenda previously held various roles at ServiceNow from June 2016 to May 2022, including Manager of Product Content, where leadership of a ten-member team focused on user-centered help content for Customer Workflows products was key. Prior experience includes senior technical writing positions at SAP SuccessFactors and SAP, as well as educational roles in modern foreign languages. Brenda holds a MA in German and European History from The University of Edinburgh and a PGCE in Language and Education from the University of Cambridge.
