Daniella Conrique is the Engagement Manager at Grafana Labs. Daniella has over five years of experience in customer success and operations management.

Daniella began their career as a Teaching Fellow with the New York City Teaching Fellows. Daniella then went on to teach 3rd grade dual language at P.S. 89Q The Elmhurst School. After a year of teaching, Daniella transitioned into customer success with Help.com. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they led onboarding and training for new customers, managed analytics tools to track customer usage and engagement, and worked with the engineering team to improve product development.

In 2016, Daniella joined Patient IO (acquired by athenahealth) as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, they helped healthcare professionals deliver smarter care and support patients between visits through mobile care plans.

In August 2016, Daniella became a Product Operations Manager at athenahealth, where they remained until March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing product development workflows, communicating product changes to customers, and ensuring customer success throughout the product lifecycle.

Daniella is currently the Engagement Manager at Grafana Labs. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing engagement plans for Grafana Labs’ customers, overseeing customer success metrics, and working with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth.

Daniella Conrique received a Bachelor of Arts in Daniella'story from Yale University and a Diploma from South East High School.

Their manager is Douglas Hanna, COO. Daniella Conrique works with Rohit Gandhi - Finance Advisor, Julie Dam - Director of Communications, and Graham Moreno - Regional VP.
