Jen Villa

Jen Villa is currently the Senior Group Product Manager at Grafana Labs. Previously, they were at Cruise from July 2019 to January 2021, where they served as the Senior Product Operations Manager. In this role, they focused on accelerating the pace with which they could develop and deploy ML-models. Jen also served as the product lead for their Ground Truth Automation team, where they developed ML-powered automation features to increase LiDAR data labeling efficiency.

Jen Villa has also interned at Determined AI as a Product Management Intern from April 2018 to August 2018.

Jen Villa has a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from Stanford University with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence. Jen also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Engineering (B.S.E.) from Duke University, where they double-majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) & Biomedical Engineering (BME).

Jen Villa reports to Tom Wilkie, VP, Technology. Jen Villa works with Mitch Seaman - Senior Product Manager, Pauric O'Callaghan - Senior Product Designer, and Mary Sitzenstatter - Senior Product Designer.
