Michaela Burpoe

Michaela Burpoe is the Talent Manager at Grafana Labs. Michaela has over six years of experience in recruiting and HR.

Burpoe started their career as an intern with the USO, where they worked as a human resources specialist. Michaela later became a technology recruiting manager with Permanent Solutions Group. In this role, they were responsible for providing high caliber human capital within the fastest growing industries.

In 2018, Burpoe became a managing partner with Golden Hire Consulting. As a managing partner, they played matchmaker between top talent and high-growth software companies nationwide.

Burpoe has received several awards and recognitions throughout their career. In 2018 and 2019, they were awarded the President's Club award from Golden Hire Consulting. Michaela is also AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter and has attended the SaaStr Annual conference in 2018.

Michaela Burpoe has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from St. John Fisher University, and an International Business certification from The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. Michaela is also AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
