Ramzi Kawar

Ramzi Kawar is an experienced sales and development leader, currently serving as SDR Director for the Americas at Grafana Labs since February 2025 and as a Co-Founder of GR Compass since May 2024. Kawar has been a member of Pavilion since May 2021 and previously held the role of Global Head of Sales Development at Imply, where responsibilities included leading a high-performing team focused on operational analytics across multiple countries. Prior experience includes directing the SDR operations at Confluent, significantly scaling the team, and contributing to outstanding growth prior to its IPO in April 2021. Kawar has also managed sales development teams at JFrog and sales operations at Qualys, alongside early career experience in customer success at JFrog and sales roles at AT&T. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San José State University and an Associate of Arts in English Composition and Literature from De Anza College.
