Reagan Kling

Reagan Kling is the current Director of Federal Programs at Grafana Labs. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at Decipher Technology Studios from January 2019 to February 2021. There, they were responsible for Decipher's Grey Matter (Intelligent Service Mesh), a dedicated infrastructure layer for handling service-to-service communication. From June 2018 to January 2019, Kling was the Sr. Vice President of Intelligence at Percipient.ai, a Silicon Valley based advanced analytics firm focused exclusively on delivering artificial intelligence software to the defense, intelligence, and commercial markets. Kling has also served as Regional Vice President - Federal Programs at Mesosphere, Inc. from August 2015 to June 2018; Director - Federal Programs at Platfora from January 2013 to August 2015; and Director- Federal Programs at Cloudera from January 2011 to December 2012. Her career began as an Account Manager at Kofax from January 2009 to January 2011.

Reagan Kling studied computer science at Olivet Nazarene University, where they earned a BA.

Their manager is Torkel Ödegaard, Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder. They work with Wayne Jin - VP Product Marketing, Lucy Gamble - Director, Marketing Operations, and Richard Hartmann - Director, Community.
