Richard Lam

Richard Lam is a Senior Product Manager at Grafana Labs. Richard has over four years of experience in product management and business analysis. Prior to joining Grafana Labs, Richard worked as a Senior Product Manager at Appian Corporation, where they were responsible for the Cloud backend filesystem, internal engineering observability stack, and deployment infrastructure. Richard also led observability initiatives to improve product telemetry and reduce customer incidents. Richard has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
