Pablo Toniolo has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Pablo started their career as a Process Analyst at Companhia Paulista de Ferro-Ligas, where they worked for eight months. Pablo then joined Novelis as a Casting Shop Process Engineer, where they supervised the melt shop process and acted as a technical liaison between the melt shop and Rolling Mill customers. Pablo then became the Machining & Packaging Department Manager, where they oversaw a team of 40 employees and implemented strategies that led to a 30% productivity improvement and significant cost savings. Pablo was later promoted to Plant Quality Manager, leading the Quality Team at GrafTech's Brazilian affiliate and conducting internal audits. In their most recent role as Global Quality Assurance Manager, they reported directly to the Global QA, Customer Service & Technology Vice President and was responsible for managing the quality function for Graphite Electrodes business across multiple countries. Pablo has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on quality throughout their career.

Pablo Toniolo completed a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto from 1991 to 1996. In 2003, they obtained a degree in Quality Management from the Federal University of Bahia. Additionally, they have certifications in Innovation Engineering Green Belt from Graftech in 2016 and in SIx Sigma Black Belt from the Foundation for Management Development in 2000.
