Rich Leonard

Rich Leonard, MBA, PMP, CSM, SSGB, has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rich worked at TBC Corporation from 2009 to the present, starting as an IT Manager, PMO and progressing to Director roles in Information Technology ERP and EDI Applications, Information Technology Quality Assurance and ERP, and finally as the Director of Quality Assurance and Global Delivery. Prior to TBC Corporation, Rich worked at Rich Management Services as a Principal/Sr. Management Consultant and Principal/Sr. IT Consultant from 1995 to 2009. Rich also served as a Sr. Manager IT Systems at Jarden Consumer Solutions from 2000 to 2007 and as a Systems Engineer at EDS from 1990 to 1995.

Rich Leonard received their Bachelors of Science degree in Math/Computer Science from Western Michigan University from 1985 to 1990. Rich then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Global Management from the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003.
