Paloma Navarro

Paloma Navarro has a diverse range of work experience. Paloma is currently working as a Sales Engineer at Graftek Imaging, where they monitor and facilitates international deliveries, maintains the inventory database, and aids the sales operations team. Before that, they were an Independent Business Owner at PALIMIX. Prior to that, they worked as a Logistics Analyst Intern at GEODIS, where they gained valuable experience in logistics analysis. Paloma also has experience in Lean Manufacturing, having worked as a Lean Manufacturing Intern at Flex, where they redesigned product line processes and improved productivity. In addition, Navarro has experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Vega, where they demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and patience while working with children.

Paloma Navarro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Paloma attended the institution from 2015 to 2019 and graduated with a GPA of 94, placing their in the top 7.5% of their class. In 2018, they participated in an Exchange Program at KEDGE Business School. In May 2019, Paloma Navarro obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CI Academy. Furthermore, in January 2019, they obtained a Lean Healthcare certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
