Kimberley McGivern

Kimberley McGivern is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems management. Currently serving as Group HR Systems Manager at Grafton Group plc since September 2015, Kimberley has previously held multiple key roles at Balfour Beatty Rail from June 2008 to August 2015, including HR Systems Manager and various secondment positions focused on HR systems implementation and Oracle systems management. Prior to this, Kimberley worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Crown Computing from April 2003 to May 2008. Kimberley holds a BA Hons (1st) degree in Business Studies & Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1998 and 2001.
