Kristin Kelly

Kristin Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristin is currently working at Graham Healthcare Group, where they started as a Digital & Sourcing Recruitment Marketing Manager in February 2021. Kristin then moved on to become the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Sourcing before being promoted to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition. Kristin is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

Before working at Graham Healthcare Group, Kristin worked at Ascension as an Integrated Talent Strategy Partner, where they focused on building talent pipelines and utilizing social media for recruitment strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Ascension.

Other notable experiences include working at Wireless Vision as a Recruitment Specialist and at Lakeland Regional Health System in various HR roles such as Business Partner and Professional Recruiter. Kristin also has experience in the healthcare industry as a Direct Placement Recruiter and Midwest Recruiter at Kelly Healthcare Resources.

In addition, Kristin worked as a Recruiter at Personnel Unlimited and as a Childcare Provider at Lowery Childhood Education Center earlier in their career. Overall, Kristin has gained considerable expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies throughout their career.

From 1997 to 2001, Kristin Kelly attended Williamston High School but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Oakland University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in DDI Targeted Selection®: Trainer Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
