Jake Maas

Senior Vice President – Planning and Development at Graham Holdings

Jake Maas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jake started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Jake then joined Senator Tom Daschle's office as a Press Secretary and served from 2002 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Revolution Health Group, where they held the positions of Corporate Development (from 2006 to 2007) and Managing Director (from 2007 to 2008). Jake then moved on to LivingSocial, where they worked as CFO, COO, and EVP of Business Operations & Marketing from 2008 to 2015. Starting in 2015, they became an Executive Vice President at Graham Holdings. In 2016, they also became a Board Member at Reach Mobile and continued to hold this position. Similarly, in 2017, they became a Board Member at Intersection Co. and remained in that role as well.

Jake Maas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Jake later pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed the program from 2003 to 2005.
