Katharine Weymouth

Katharine Weymouth's work experience includes being a Board Advisor for The Cipher Brief and informed since 2022. Katharine has also held the position of Director at Republic Services since 2018 and SEQUOIA FUND INC since 2020. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer of ShineTogether, a start-up that focuses on building a platform and community for parents of struggling and at-risk teens. Katharine has served as a Trustee and Former Board Chair for the Greater Washington Community Foundation since 2016. Additionally, they have been a Director for Graham Holdings since 2010, Cable ONE since 2015, and Xometry since 2020. Katharine is also a Trustee for The Philip L Graham Fund starting from 2014.

Katharine Weymouth pursued their education at various esteemed institutions. From 1989 to 1992, they attended Stanford Law School, where they obtained their JD degree, specializing in Law. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Harvard University from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they earned a BA degree in English Literature.
