Cari Hills

Cari Hills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cari is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at Graham Partners since March 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Accenture from 1998 to 2022, including the Global Recruiting Innovation Lead and Technology & Analytics Lead. Cari also served as the Executive Director at Lang Lang International Music Foundation and Managing Director at Newman's Own Foundation. Additionally, Cari worked as the Director of Operations at CECP - Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy and Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase. Cari started their career as an Accenture Consultant in 1998.

Cari Hills attended New Canaan High School from 1990 to 1994. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Cornell University from 1994 to 1998.
