Kerri McGuire is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the real estate and planning sectors. Currently serving as Partner, Director, and Head of Planning at Graham + Sibbald since September 2013, Kerri also holds Non Executive Director positions at CUBE Housing Association Limited and Wheatley Group since October and September 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes Associate and Principal Planner roles at Savills from December 2009 to August 2013, and prior positions as Planner at Drivers Jonas and Assistant Planner at Entec. Kerri's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Urban Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning from the University of Strathclyde.
