James Nightengale is an experienced professional in youth empowerment and therapeutic support, currently serving as a Graham SLAM Youth Empowerment Coach at Graham Windham since July 2023. Previously, James worked as a Therapeutic Youth Support provider at Advocates, where comprehensive care and personalized treatment plans were a focus. James has also held roles such as Events and Marketing Manager and Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & Metrowest, Inc., achieving significant recruitment and engagement goals. Academic experience includes serving as Senior Lab Manager at Clark University’s Diverse Families & Sexualities Lab and participating in various programs to enhance mental health resources within the university community. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Screen Studies from Clark University.
