Marcella McKoy

Marcella McKoy is a seasoned professional in leadership coaching and human resources, currently serving as the Founder, Leadership Coach, and Trainer at Emerging Professional Coaching Lab since November 2023, specializing in workshop facilitation and leadership development. As the Director of Team Experience & Engagement at Graham Windham since July 2017, Marcella oversees organizational culture with a focus on volunteerism and employee engagement. Previous roles at Graham include HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Work Life, as well as Human Resources Generalist positions, emphasizing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
