Cynthia L.

Cynthia L. has extensive experience in contracts, compliance, and legal counsel. Cynthia was the Director of Contracts and Compliance at Graham Corporation starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director Contracts & Procurement at ATI | Advanced Technology International from 2019 to 2023. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles at Cobham PLC, including Vice President, Contracts and Commercial, Sr. Director Contracts and Commercial, and Director Contracts and Commercial, where they established the Contracts and Commercial function. Before that, they were the Corporate Counsel at ITT Corporation from 2007 to 2011, where they provided legal support and counsel for a $500M operating group. Cynthia also has prior experience in politics, serving as a Legislator for Erie County Legislature from 2006 to 2007. Cynthia started their career as a Corporate Counsel at International Motion Control Inc. from 2000 to 2007 and as a Counsel at Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority from 1985 to 2000.

Cynthia L. earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo from 1975 to 1979. Cynthia then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University at Buffalo School of Law from 1980 to 1983.
