Christian Croisetiere

Associate Director, R&d (assay Development) at GRAIL

Christian Croisetiere has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Christian started their career at DNA LandMarks (BASF Plant Sciences) in 2008 as a Senior Research Associate and worked there until 2012. Christian then joined Beckman Coulter as a Senior Applications Scientist from November 2012 to December 2014. In 2015, Christian joined Natera as a Senior Process Development Scientist and worked there until June 2017. Christian then moved to Personalis, Inc. where they served as a Staff Process Development Scientist / Manager from June 2017 to May 2019. Currently, Christian is working at GRAIL, Inc., initially joining as a Staff Process Engineer from May 2019 to January 2021, then becoming a Senior Staff Process Engineer from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of an Associate Director in R&D (Assay Product Development) at GRAIL, Inc. starting from February 2022. In their roles, Christian has demonstrated expertise in assay development, process development, and managing teams.

Christian Croisetiere earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Université de Sherbrooke from 2001 to 2004. Christian then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Université de Montréal from 2004 to 2007. In December 2013, they obtained a Yellow Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Aveta Business Institute.
