Joseph Wilson

Joseph Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph started their career as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Imagination Branding in 2013. In 2014, they joined Eventbrite as a Client Experience Associate, where they became proficient in event management and attendee registration solutions.

In 2016, Joseph transitioned to IQTalent Partners as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate. Joseph successfully recruited for various roles, including senior leadership, software and hardware development, manufacturing, field service, marketing, finance, accounting, and sales. Joseph also served as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, formulated recruitment strategies, and maintained an active talent pipeline.

Joseph joined Women's Global Leadership Initiative as a Talent Acquisition Volunteer in 2018 before starting their tenure at Danaher Corporation in 2019. At Danaher, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, exceeding diversity and hiring metrics and receiving recognition for their contributions to Project Betty. Joseph built strong relationships with internal stakeholders and passive candidates, acting as a positive brand ambassador and bridging the gap between talent and hiring demand.

Joseph's most recent position is as a Sr. Sourcer at GRAIL, Inc., a position they started in 2021.

Joseph Wilson attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. In addition, they obtained a certification in Using Gender Inclusive Language from LinkedIn in June 2023.
