Keith Punches

Keith Punches has a strong background in technical recruitment. Keith is currently working as a Staff Technical Recruiter at GRAIL since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Babylon as a Lead Technical Sourcer/Sr. Recruiter where they led sourcing efforts for various teams and provided recruiting support. Before that, they were a Talent Sourcing Lead at Shopify where they built their Passive Sourcing Program and trained sourcers across all of talent acquisition. Keith also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Intuit, Vrbo (twice), RigUp, ZapLabs, MobileIron, and Shipwire, where they gained experience in data-driven recruitment and talent acquisition.

Keith Punches has a education history that includes completing a Naval Leadership Continuum program from United States Navy, specializing in Military and Strategic Leadership from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in July 2015.
